Social Media Terms and Conditions of Use

The main objective is to promote social networks as information channels, always with respect among all users. Therefore, Banca March, as sole administrator, reserves the right to eliminate, without the right to reply, any contribution that:

Incorporates data of third parties without their authorisation.
Considers illegal, disrespectful, threatening, unfounded, slanderous, inappropriate, ethically or socially discriminatory or labour reproachable or that, in any way, may cause material or moral damages to the Banca March Group, its employees, collaborators or third parties.
Contains any type of recommendation related to the securities markets, privileged information or advertising or propaganda material, personal or for the benefit of third parties, whether natural or legal persons.
Is redundant.
Is not related to the purpose of the page.

As a user, you will find below the basic rules that you must follow. Please read the following rules of use carefully before you start participating:

Respect: all users should be treated with respect. The language used must be correct and appropriate. This is not an area for disqualifying others.
Public forum: you should bear in mind that any information, comment or data that you publish on our profiles will be seen by any user of this social media and by the Entity itself. Therefore, we ask that your comments provide value to other users and that they are real. Any contribution you make may be reproduced in any other media (online and offline) indicating its origin.
Publication of content: The content we publish on social profiles may be downloaded or shared on other networks. The use of the material may be both public and private.
The information should in no way be taken as advice, a recommendation to buy or sell or as a negotiation on any of the products, investment vehicles or services that we offer. Neither can it be understood as professional advice nor can it be used as a basis for making an investment. In the event that the user is a client of Banca March, S.A., instructions addressed to the Bank through this channel will not be accepted. You may not use our profiles to publish advertising, do business, make profit, look for a job, etc. Users' contributions must be aimed at making comments or creating forums about the information provided or exposed by the Entity.
Privacy: We will never ask you for your passwords to access Online Banking, card number, personal credentials, etc. through social media, nor will we ever provide or send you the passwords via e-mail (email), SMS or telephone call. The symbols or logos registered by our brand are the property of the Banca March Group and must be respected and not misused. It is understood that Banca March reserves the intellectual and industrial property rights associated with all the content that we publish on social media.

Banca March's liability and guarantee

Under no circumstances will Banca March, its branches and/or its administrators, employees and authorised personnel be subject to any responsibility for any type of damage, losses, claims or expenses of any type, whether or not they arise from the use of these social media, the information acquired or accessed by or through these media, computer viruses, operational failures, interruptions in the service or in the transmission, or failures in the line. The use of these social networks, either by direct connection or by link or other means, constitutes a warning to any user that such circumstances may occur.

Banca March is not responsible for the opinions disseminated on our social media profiles, nor does it assume any guarantee as to the authenticity, accuracy or updating of the information contained therein.

Banca March reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or restrict the content of these profiles, the links or the information obtained through it, without prior notice.

The Banca March Group is not responsible for websites that are not its own and that can be accessed through links from these profiles or for any content made available by third parties.
