From March Private Equity we promote and accompany our clients in new investment opportunities that, in addition to offering attractive returns, are committed to projects committed to the sustainability of the environment, society and economic development.

Through Sustainable and Responsible Investment, we offer investors financial solutions with responsible criteria that allow them to align their ethical and moral commitment with the profitability of their investments.

In March P.E. we implement the most demanding practices adopted by Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 regarding the disclosure of information related to sustainability factors in the financial sector and we adopt the responsible investment criteria throughout our investment process and our decision-making process.

In addition, we have an internal "scoring" model through which we categorize the investments analyzed taking into account sustainability metrics.

Our sustainable commitment

Since the launch of the first International Fund of Funds programme (March PE Global I) in 2020, March Private Equity has committed capital to various initiatives that take into account ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) factors and are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) promoted by the United Nations.

Contribution from the March PE Global I and March PE Global II investment programs

In 2020, March PE Global I invested in an European industrial fund that has carried out initiatives that promote various sustainable goals such as SDG 7 (Affordable and clean energy), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and infrastructure), SDG 11 (Sustainable cities and communities) and SDG 13 (Climate Action).

In 2021, the program invested in a fund dedicated exclusively to the EdTech strand whose underlying investments foster quality education accessible to all by promoting SDG 4 (Quality Education).

In 2022, March PE Global II has continued in the wake of its predecessor and has made several commitments in funds categorized as Article 8 under the European sustainability regulation 2019/2088 (SFDR). These funds promote environmental or social characteristics, or a combination thereof.

Commitment to responsible investment

In order to promote the most demanding initiatives regarding sustainable financing, March P.E. It is part of international alliances that promote investments with a positive social and environmental impact.

Commitment

Since 2021 we have been signatories of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), one of the initiatives that holds the highest principles and standards in terms of sustainable investment and that, through the framework of Principles for Investors on Inclusive Finance (PIIF), promotes access to affordable and responsible financial products and services for those who have traditionally been excluded.

Commitment

We are signatories of the United Nations Global Compact initiative that calls on companies to incorporate 10 Principles that revolve around human rights, labor, the environment and anti-corruption.
